- In the unlikely event that a band/artist cannot service an event that’s been booked, Nola Booking will happily refund the client’s entire deposit and/or balance payment.
- Clients who cancel a Nola Booking band/artist are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Need help finding a replacement? We’ll make every attempt to find a comparable band/artist for your event.
